Today I spent my afternoon in the kitchen making cookies!!!
The challenge was to get poppy seed in a Spanish supermarket.
After failing several times, I finally succeeded at our local Russian store! God bless the Russians!!!
Well, those cookies have not been made yet because the dough needs to rest one night (!!!!!) in the fridge.... well see how they turn out tomorrow.....
After killing my back with the low kitchen surface, I made us some nice ostriche steaks! ;o)
